patch for KICK to handle comma-delimited lists of channels and nicks

Bryan Caldwell and Brandon Beresini showed me this patch yesterday: http://arthur.barton.de/cgi-bin/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=12&action=view I've reviewed and tested it, and we're now running it on cse70.ucsd.edu. It appears to resolve Bug 75: http://arthur.barton.de/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=75 Dana
