Since the release of ngIRCd 0.10.0 there have been a few fixes and enhancements to the CVS branch of ngIRCd 0.10.x, so here we go:
ngIRCd 0.10.1 has been released and can be downloaded from the usual locations:

This release is tagged as "rel-0-10-1" in CVS.
Changes since ngIRCd 0.10.0 are:
