[ngIRCd-ML] Passwords required for connection?

Hello, I am setting up ngircd on ubuntu but when people try and connect the connections are refused and it complains about a password being incorrect. I don't want people to have to set a password when logging in but the password is not set in the config file. Any ideas? Marisa
