[ngIRCd-ML] sorry for all the questions..got another

Still trying to muddle my way through running my own server. Sorry for all the questions. Is there a way to have specific people automatically get chan-op status? Or allow them to get it via a password system? Like the system-op option in the config? If it helps, I use PAM for authentication.
