Testah / Koragg has discovered a bug (at least using the default
config on openbsd) that causes ngircd to disconnect clients.
If you type /who #channel on a large channel (say with 500 users),
ngircd immediately terminates the connection with this error:
Write buffer space exhausted (connection 84, limit is 32768 bytes,
96 bytes new, 32719 bytes pending)
I have managed to reproduce it consistently, and have concluded now
that this is at least one cause for irccloud being unable to conect
to my network.
