[ngIRCd-ML] newbie: how to set up services ?

Hello! I have just installed ngIRCd on Mac OS X, it works perfectly, but I have no idea on how to set up services like chanserv, nickserv, and other stuff like that... Can someone help me ? Thanks a lot dobermann ps: excuse my english :\
