Just wanted to let everyone know that ngirc 0.5.2 compiled delightfully on Mac OSX Jaguar.
Wish list: - dynamic users-per-server limit - logging of all server chat (does it do this?) - ircgraph compatibility (i know this is in ircgraph bug)
Overall I wanted to say that ngircd is great - terrific job so far on this lightweight, functional irc daemon.

Gerecht wünschte informieren Sie jeder, daß ngirc 0.5.2 herrlich auf Jaguar des Mac-OSX kompilierte.
Wunschliste: - dynamische Benutzer-pro-Server Begrenzung - Protokollieren alles Server Schwätzchens (tut es dies?) - ircgraph Kompatibilität (ich weiß, daß diese im ircgraph Programmfehler ist)
Gesamt wollte ich sagen, daß ngircd - gut Job bis jetzt auf diesem kompakten, Funktions-IRC Dämon groß ist.

I do most of the development on Mac OS X "Jaguar" using the Apple ProjectBuilder :-)

This will be the next -- besides bugs -- I'll fix up.

What do you want to log exactly? Actually ngIRCd logs most of its action via syslog (facility LOCAL5, but will be configurable sometimes in the future), including local connections and network (server) related stuff.
If you ./configure ngIRCd with "--enable-sniffer" and start it with "-dns", ngIRCd outputs all received and sent messages. But this is intended for debugging purposes only.
