ngIRCd could support a special channel mode for IRC operators, used in some cases. If implemented, it would make OperCanUseMode and OperChanPAutoOp config options be less weird when noticed by unfamiliar users. Such feature is implemented in InspIRCd, see [https://docs.inspircd.org/3/modules/ojoin/] and [https://docs.inspircd.org/3/modules/operprefix/].
