i am a problem to create channel fix in configure ngircd.conf if channel no suscribe in ngircd.conf server deny that channel

What's the exact error message? All channel names, including the ones of predefined channels specified in the configuration file, have to start with a '#' character, can't be longer than 50 characters, and can't contain the following characters: space, comma, colon, and ASCII 7 (bell).
