I mean, and this is a bit ridiculas, but two people could join the server, and not the one allowed channel, but could use the /msg command to talk to each other. I run this server on a mac mini, and am looking for every way to eliminate any user other than the ones that are using the server/channel for it's purpose.

Password protect the IRCd and/or move it to a non-standard port to prevent scanning discovery efforts against TCP 6660-7000.
