As of version 0.5.2 ngIRCd doesn't support services.
The internal client structure knows about a connection class "service" but most (all?) command implementations actually don't.
On my todo list services aren't at the verry top: next I'll fixe up the hard-coded client-per-server limit (will become dynamic then) ...
