Log Message: ----------- Don't run full test suite on "make check": introduce "make testsuite"

This patch changes the make target "check" to not run the full test suite in ./src/testsuite/ but only the "quick" tests in the other directories. And it introduces the new make target "testsuite" which can be used to run the complete test suite.
